This functional plan prioritizes housing and economic security, transportation and mobility, health and wellness, and social participation and civic engagement to create an age-friendly community. Recommendations for each topic fall into three categories: equity and inclusion, information, and infrastructure and policy. The document includes a detailed Implementation Plan and table of Partnerships. Appendix B goes into more detail regarding resources, projects, data, and recommendations for each of the WHO’s eight domains of livability.
