This functional plan grounds its work and recommendations in the experiences of older adults from the community (p. 9 – 11). It includes 20 concrete recommendations, each related to one or more of the WHO’s eight domains of livability. Each recommendation includes a general background discussion, where the issue came up during public outreach, the impact of the project, and two charts clearly displaying the goals, activities, agencies, timelines, resources, and metrics.
