This report details zoning, land use, and other policy reforms designed to address environmental justice issues from a national scan. Table 2 lists the policies by strategy, including bans, general policies, reviews, proactive planning, targeting existing land uses, and public health codes and policies, while Appendix A provides brief summaries of each policy.
