This interactive map visualizes a Healthy Places Index (HPI) score, a combination of 25 community characteristics, for the state of California. HPI indicators, which include economic, education, transportation, social, neighborhood, clean environment, housing, and healthcare access variables, can be viewed independently, along with several decision support layers.
