Professional Biography

Maysho Prashad is an Associate Vice President at CallisonRTKL Asia, based in Hong Kong. His responsibilities include business development and client management for the APAC region. He continues to be involved in large scale planning and urban design projects committed to delivering high-quality solutions to clients and end-users. He is a specialist in upstream strategic master-planning and urban design concepts with nearly 15 years of international experience gained in the United States, Asia, Middle-East, and Africa. An accredited planner, trained architectural designer, highly skilled in leadership, communication, studio management, and client relations. Maysho is an innovative and competent urbanist, bringing intelligent and strategic thinking across multiple market sectors to a range of projects worldwide. He has developed an awareness and passion for promoting 'smart urban design' and land-use planning concepts that strive to improve from its current state to a higher more integrated, equitable and dynamic state of place. This awareness has now transformed into a mission, leveraged with strategic business development and partnerships, globally. He has collaborated on the designs of several projects that are the catalyst for building local, regional and national economies; environmentally holistic and socially transformative. His primary focus is on emerging and developing economies. Accredited by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), Hong Kong Institute of Urban Design (HKIUD) and the United States Green Building Council (LEED AP). A graduate of Columbia University (MASUD) in New York City, University of Florida (M.Arch) and the University of Guyana (Dip.Tech.).
