East-West Gateway is seeking proposals from a consultant or a team of consultants to develop a strategic plan for the St. Louis region that addresses the integration of emerging transportation technology into the Council's transportation planning processes. There is an optional pre-submittal meeting scheduled for this project; please refer to the RFP, Section IX, Part D for more information.

Submittals are due no later than 1:00 p.m. local time on September 14, 2016.
