The City of Pekin, IL is seeking consultant services for the development of a five year strategic plan. All proposals should clearly define how consultants will work with the City to assist in a comprehensive and participatory planning process.

Proposals will be accepted until 5:00 pm (CST), October 3, 2017. Proposals received after that date and time will not be considered.

City of Pekin staff will answer all questions related to this RFP until 5:00 pm, September 18, 2017. All questions and answers will be posted publicly on the City of Pekin's website. Questions should be addressed to Mark Rothert at: marothert@ci.pekin.il.us.
