Charles County, Maryland is soliciting the services of a consultant team to analyze the county's work space needs, services provided to citizens, and equipment storage for the future and to develop a comprehensive space/layout assessment for future government services.

The analysis shall include current and future usage of County owned facilities as well as the feasiblity of acquiring property and the construction of new facilities to meet the needs of Charles County.

Proposals are due to the County on January 25, 2018 before 11:00 am.
