NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

Chelan County seeks to retain a qualified consulting firm to provide professional services for the review of Vacation/Short-term rentals; including existing conditions, impacts, regulations, and long-term monitoring through code compliance. Qualified consultants will have experience with data collection and analysis, facilitation of public meetings, preparation of code regulations, compliance review, and familiarity with the Washington State Growth Management Act, the Shoreline Management Act, International Building Code, the International Residential Code and the International Fire Code.
