Provide professional environmental services necessary to prepare the appropriate State documents related to the Department of Motor Vehicles Reedley Field Office Replacement Project. The Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) proposes to replace the existing 3,816 square foot field office with a new one-story, approximately 14,400 square foot field office at a new approximately 3-acre site location in Reedley California. The new facility will be constructed in conformance with the DMV new filed office best practice design features to serve current DMV program requirements.

The project includes site work, utilities, walkways, curbs, gutters, signage, landscaping, irrigation, fencing, gates, trash enclosures, site drainage, site lighting, surface parking, attached drive-test canopy, communications, photovoltaic system, and all associated requirements to complete the construction of the facility. The project will incorporate U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED "Silver" criteria to obtain a registered LEED NC "Silver" building. The project is part of the Zero Net Energy Pilot Program.
