HOUSING BOND – MULTI-FAMILY DEVELOPMENT PROPOSALS WANTED

The City of San Antonio and Office of Urban Renewal San Antonio are seeking Request for Proposals (including a Competitive Sealed Bid component specifically for the purchase of land to comply with Texas Urban Renewal Statute) for the combined purchase and redevelopment of a 1.71 acre tract of real property located at 1409 Buena Vista Street into a multi-family rental housing development with a focus on affordable/Workforce Housing development.

Submittals shall be received at the Office of the City Clerk, 719 S. Santa Rosa, San Antonio, TX 78204 for the Neighborhood Improvements Housing Bond for the 2017-2022 General Obligation Bond Program RFP# RFPNHSD08242018 until 2:00 P.M. on Friday, October 5, 2018.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Submission Conference will be held on Tuesday, September 11, 2018, at 2:00 P.M. in the Central Library Auditorium located at 600 S. Soledad, San Antonio, TX 78205.
