Schuyler County and the Village of Watkins Glen with the Schuyler County Partnership for Economic Development (SCOPED) are seeking proposals from Architectural and Engineering teams to provide professional consulting services for design, preparation of bid documents and construction support for the Clute Park Redevelopment including a new pavilion, bathhouse, and ice rink/splash pad. Proposals are due by 4:30 pm on December 20, 2018. Late Submissions will not be accepted. Three hard copies and one electronic copy of the proposal must be delivered to the Schuyler County Planning Department.
