The City of Raleigh is conducting a 5-year update to its 2014 Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources System Plan (System Plan). The City is seeking professional services to assist with several key elements of this process, primarily focused on a comprehensive update to the 1989 Capital Area Greenway Master Plan (CAG Plan).
