West Chester Township Board of Trustees seek to contract with a qualified partner for the purpose of re-writing/updating its Zoning Resolution and Comprehensive Land Use Plan.

West Chester Township is located in Butler County Ohio approximately 18 miles north of Cincinnati. It has a population of more than 61,000 residents and encompasses 35 square miles in area. West Chester Township provides full government services including Police, Fire, EMS, Planning & Zoning and Road Maintenance. Money Magazine has ranked West Chester a "Best Places to Live In America" seven times since 2002.

West Chester Township will contract with a qualified vendor(s) for the updates of two documents, the West Chester Zoning Resolution and the West Chester Comprehensive Land Use Plan, as outlined in the specifications of this Request for Proposal/Request for Qualifications (RFP/RFQ).

Proposals are due no later than July 19, 2019 at 4:00 pm. The West Chester Board of Trustees has budgeted $110,000 for this project, which is expected to take a calendar year to complete.
