1.1 York County is seeking proposals and credentials from qualified, professional consulting firms interested in providing services to update Chapters 154 – Subdivision Code and 155 – Zoning Code of the York County Code of Ordinances.

1.2 The objective of this request is to solicit proposals from qualified firms to assist the Planning and Development Services Department of York County in updating the subdivision and zoning codes to more intuitively organized and user-friendly documents that are written with contemporary best practices and smart growth principles.
