The City of Dacono is soliciting qualifications for a Development Impact Fee Study. Qualifications must be received at Dacono City Hall, Attention: Jennifer Krieger, 512 Cherry Street, Dacono, CO 80514, on February 28, 2020, by 5:00 PM MST.

Qualifications (RFQ) will be reviewed by a team consisting of City representatives. Upon evaluating the qualifications provided in the applications, the team may identify top consultants to be invited for finalist interviews. There is no express or implied obligation for the City of Dacono to reimburse responding firms for any expenses incurred in preparing qualifications in response to this request.
