The City of Columbus Ohio is seeking professional services to undertake a comprehensive analysis of, and propose an update strategy to, the City’s zoning code and review process.

The desired result of the project is a recommended path to aligning the zoning code with City priorities for growth management, housing supply and affordability, equity, job creation, neighborhood vitality, and transportation.
