Tulsa Transit is soliciting proposals from firms that provide a Downtown Tulsa Transit Center Feasibility Study.

Downtown Tulsa Transit Center Feasibility Study

Proposals must be in accordance with the RFP#21-2101 which is on file at the Tulsa Transit office. Copies of the RFP can be obtained by contacting Jack Van Hooser, the Tulsa Transit Accounting & Grants Manager at jvanhooser@tulsatransit.org or (918) 560-5609. The RFP is also available on the Tulsa Transit website at www.tulsatransit.org.  

Minority and disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, age or national origin in consideration of an award. Any firm listed on the Comptroller General’s list of ineligible contractors is not an eligible proposer. The contractor will be required to comply with all Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations. Tulsa Transit reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in whole or part. 

Award of a contract will be made to the responsible and responsive proposer offering the best value to Tulsa Transit. Proposals must be received in the Tulsa Transit office at 510 Rockford Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74120 not later than October 6, 2020, at 4:30 p.m. CT to be considered.
