The Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan Council of Governments (Metro COG) is soliciting proposals for an interstate operations analysis and plan for future improvements. The study requires a system-wide analysis of I-94 and I-29 through the Fargo-Moorhead metropolitan area to determine future needs.
