REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The City of Lakeway, Texas is requesting sealed written proposals for furnishing and paying all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and any incidentals for performing all work required for the RFP No 510 – Planning Services for RM 620 Overlay Zoning District.

Request for Proposal will be received at City Hall, City of Lakeway, 1102 Lohmans Crossing, Lakeway, TX 78734 until 2:00 p.m. on Monday, May 27, 2022. Any proposals received after the due date and time will not be accepted for consideration and will be returned unopened.

An optional pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for 2:00 pm on Monday, April 25 2022, at the Lakeway City Hall in-person and virtual. The information for logging onto the virtual meeting will be posted on the City of Lakeway Purchasing website.

All bids must be clearly marked on the outside with the following: RFP No 510 – Planning Services for RM 620 Overlay Zoning District.
