The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County Planning Department seeks the professional services of highly qualified firms or teams of firms to perform planning and infrastructure studies and develop land use plans and strategic plans for a variety of Nashville neighborhoods and geographic areas.

Metro Planning seeks to retain the services of two (2) or more professional planning, architecture, or engineering consulting firms to provide expertise in planning and infrastructure studies on a continuing contractual basis. Metro's intent in the IDIQ method of procurement is to make multiple contract awards. This way, Metro may acquire services from pre-qualified, pre-selected consultants when future project details emerge without precise times and quantities of services.
