The City of Pinellas Park Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is soliciting proposals from Florida licensed professionals to provide general planning services, including but not limited to: code/ordinance writing, special area plans, multi‐modal transportation, urban design, land use, redevelopment, and graphic design. Activities may include creating presentations, attending meetings, and community outreach.

The CRA intends to award multiple five‐year (5) continuing contracts for these services, which shall provide for issuance of individual task orders based on specific scopes of work. Task orders will be negotiated individually based upon the services required within the scope of the task order and submitted fee schedules. The resulting task orders may be grant funded, requiring local, state, and federal compliance.
