The Lehigh Valley Planning Commission (LVPC) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive organizational assessment for strategic planning.

The LVPC, a bi-county government planning organization located in Allentown, PA, is responsible for developing transportation/land development plans for the Lehigh Valley region in eastern Pennsylvania, encompassing Lehigh and Northampton counties.

This assessment aims to evaluate the alignment of roles, responsibilities, staffing, program delivery, and structure with the evolving needs of the Lehigh Valley region and partners.
