The East Central Intergovernmental Association (ECIA), an organization of counties, municipal corporations, and other local governments that serves a five-county region in eastern Iowa, invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to provide consulting services for the preparation of a comprehensive classification, compensation, and benefit study.
ECIA is committed to working with member governments and their citizens to enhance the quality of life in Cedar, Clinton, Delaware, Dubuque, and Jackson Counties. ECIA member communities share resources and collaborate in finding economically feasible solutions to grow and enhance their communities.
The intent of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain firm fixed price proposals from qualified firms to update job descriptions and conduct an employee compensation and classification study.
Responding firms should have significant experience conducting salary surveys, comparative analyses, and job description review and creation, preferably involving public employers.
Proposals will be received by 3:00 PM Central Time, October 17, 2024.
