Sustainable Places Program – Round One

The Mid-America Regional Council's (MARC) Planning Sustainable Places (PSP) Program provides local governments with financial support to advance detailed local planning and project development activities in support of Creating Sustainable Places, Connected KC 2050's Activity Centers and Corridors framework, and the Mid-America Regional Council's adopted policy statement on regional land use direction. The PSP Program will seek consulting services to complete seventeen Planning Sustainable Places projects. The first four RFPs are released via this announcement. A tentative schedule can be found with the RFP documents.

A hybrid pre-bid workshop will be held on October 9, 2024. A registration link can be found on the MARC RFP page. A recording of that workshop will be posted on MARC's RFP page.
All four RFPs will be due no later than 3 p.m. CDT on Friday, November 1, 2024.
