The purpose of this project is to develop an Olde Palos Development Plan, which is expected to articulate the community's vision for Olde Palos, a four square block area along Harlem Avenue (Illinois Route 43) that serves as the central commercial center of the community, and to provide specific recommendations and strategies to implement that vision.

Request For Proposals Packages and materials related to the project may be obtained on the City's website at www.palosheights.org (Home > Government > Legal Notices, ITBs, RFPs & RFQs). Proposals must be received by the City by 5:00 p.m., Central Time, on Friday, June 27, 2025. No late proposals shall be accepted. Proposals received after the date and time given above shall not be considered. It is the sole responsibility of the Proposer to ensure and verify that the proposal is received by the City by the date and time given above.

The City reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate this Request For Proposals at any time and for any reason, to reject any or all proposals or any part or provision thereof, and to waive any informalities or irregularities.
