The City of McHenry is requesting proposals from qualified firms for work related to the potential creation of Tax Increment Financing Districts (hereinafter "TIF" Districts) in accordance with Illinois State Statute 65 ILCS 74.4 to promote the development and revitalization of two areas.

Specifically, the City is considering the financial and land use development feasibility of establishing TIF Districts in two geographic areas within the City, as illustrated in the map provided within the RFP.

Proposals must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 15, 2025.
