The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified firms for the creation of an initial business case study, analyzing the economic benefits of the QueensLink project on the city as a whole. This study will evaluate the QueensLink project's ability to provide cost-effective rail transportation, redundancy across NYCT's network, economic growth across the region, resilience for local communities, and equity for underserved neighborhoods.
