Grand County is requesting Competitive Proposals from qualified consultants or consultant teams to review and update the 2011 Grand County Master Plan consistent with the Colorado Revised Statutes, State and County regulations, and guidance of the Colorado Department of Local Affairs that is reflective of the best practices of the American Planning Association and current County practices.

The County encourages responses from consultant teams combining a variety of expertise in land use, strategic planning, environmental planning, rural and regional planning, community engagement, GIS, and data analysis. While individuals or single firms may exhibit expertise in some or many of these fields and are eligible to respond, the County fully expects the most qualified Consultants to include collaboration outside regular practice areas and include teams of multiple parties.
