The City of Ridgecrest is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or firms to conduct a Workforce Housing Needs Assessment to address the workforce needs of the China Lake Naval Base. The goal of this assessment is to provide a comprehensive analysis of current housing conditions, identify gaps in housing availability and affordability, and offer actionable strategies to guide future housing development and policy.
