The City of Oak Point ("City") invites qualified consulting firms to submit a proposal for the development of a comprehensive Plan that guides the City's future growth and development.

This new Comprehensive Plan will serve as a strategic blueprint for land use, economic development, parks and open space, capital improvement, public services, and Hazard Mitigation.

This project is partially funded by the State of Texas' General Land Office Resilient Communities Grant Program. Final costs are to be negotiated after selection.
