The City of Pocatello invites interested parties to submit Proposals for the City of Pocatello’s Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). In 2021 the City of Pocatello adopted its long-range plan, Comprehensive Plan 2040, to identify the City’s priority goals as well as strategies to achieve those goals. The purpose of the CIP is to establish a capital program and plan that will identify: Capital projects and their alignment with priority needs and goals including the Comprehensive Plan; estimated cost of projects; estimated cost of maintenance of projects; timeframe for completion of projects; and the financial plan to adequately fund and resource those projects.
