The City of Edina is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide project management, planning, and technical support for the City's 2050 Comprehensive Plan Update. This effort will be a focused refresh of the existing Comprehensive Plan, emphasizing usability, strategic direction, and alignment with current City priorities while meeting Metropolitan Council requirements. Most plan content will be developed by City staff with consultant support.  The City has also released a separate Request for Proposals for Public Engagement Services to lead the community engagement process for the Comprehensive Plan Update.
