The City of Edina is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to develop and implement a public engagement strategy for the City's 2050 Comprehensive Plan Update. The selected consultant will help affirm community vision, engage the community in identifying priorities and cross-cutting themes, satisfy Metropolitan Council community engagement requirements, and provide analysis of input collected and recommendations to inform the updated Comprehensive Plan. The City has also released a separate Request for Proposals for Project Management & Planning Support to assist with project coordination, technical planning, and preparation of the updated Comprehensive Plan. Firms are welcome to submit proposals for one or both RFPs.
