The City of McKinney, Texas (City) is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from experienced planning firms who can demonstrate they have the resources, experience, and qualifications to produce a thoughtful and innovative small area plan and associated community engagement. The successful firm will specifically be engaged to complete a small area/corridor plan for a portion of State Highway 5 (SH 5, McDonald Street). This contract will include, but is not limited to: community engagement, existing conditions analysis, development feasibility analysis, development of land use (zoning), design, infrastructure, connectivity, and incentives recommendations. The scope may also include additional work that supports key implementation measures.
