As a Management & Program Analyst, you will:
Perform and interpret quantitative and qualitative analysis on workforce-related data, using and developing analysis tools and methods. Conduct studies, data gathering, interviews, and partner with internal contributors and stakeholder, conduct analysis, and develop customized reports and deliverables based on outcomes.
Develop and implement new tools/products/procedures/deliverables for use in workforce planning for office or divisional level, or moderately complex mission critical occupations/series.
Create and implement planning and forecasting models, to engage CFPB Leaders and conducts short-term and intermediate resource planning scenarios for predictable mission, and/or industry shifts. Use workforce planning program guidance, analysis, and tools, to utilize data and predict future staffing needs.
Duties

Key Requirements:
- Must be U.S. Citizen or U.S. National
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Public Trust - Background Investigation will be required.
- Complete a Declaration for Federal Employment to determine your suitability for Federal employment, at the time requested by the agency.

Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
- Experience in applying analysis, evaluation, providing technical subject-matter advice and consultative guidance to management on analysis techniques, issues identification, evaluation findings, and recommendations related to workforce planning and related functions and programs.; AND
- Experience in project management and ability to plan, organize, analyze, and coordinate a variety of projects and activities simultaneously within areas of responsibility.
