Manages the Division that develops and implements sustainability plans and programs to improve the quality of life for Lakewood citizens. The Division is responsible for developing and implementing sustainability initiatives for the Various Departments within the City. The Sustainability Manager will work with internal and external contacts to develop policies and oversee projects that benefit the long-term health of the Lakewood community.

Supports the other Divisions within the City to ensure high quality, timely development project management. Manages staff member's talents. Anticipates, prevents and solves sustainability and development related issues. Cultivates a collaborative culture. Ensures communication and excellent quality work products.
