NATURE OF WORK:

Under the direction of the Assistant Town Manager the Housing Director is responsible for providing day-to-day management, leadership and operations of the Housing Department and assisting in the development of the Town's long-range housing policies, housing plans and a wide range of housing programs to guarantee that TMV achieves its adopted community housing goals and assure long-term recognition of TMV as a leader in resort community housing policy and practice. The Housing Director oversees the Village Court Apartments enterprise and personnel and also an administrative staff person. The Housing Director serves as the face of community housing for the Town and advocates for its creation and viability.
