JOB DESCRIPTION

The Zoning Administrator is a management-level position responsible for overseeing all zoning operations within the Department of Development Review and Permitting. This role supervises staff, ensures compliance with zoning laws and land use regulations, and manages permitting, code enforcement, and planning activities. The position also plays a key role in policy development, public meetings, and collaboration with county officials, developers, and the community to support effective land use and development.
