Community and Development Services has an opening for the Hopkinsville & Christian County Landbank Authority Coordinator.
The position requires either a Bachelor's Degree in Planning, Public Administration, Community Development or other related field, with at least one (1) year of experience in Planning or Community Development, or an Associate's Degree with at least two (2) years of experience in Planning or Community Development.
The Coordinator will be responsible for interpreting and applying local and state codes, ordinances and regulations, researching property records, communicating with developers, preparing development plans and providing technical assistance in support of the Landbank Authority.
The salary is based on education and experience, and the anticipated hiring range is between $50,000 and $64,000.
