Planning & Zoning Administrator
Town of Cape Charles, VA

The Town of Cape Charles is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to lead our Planning & Zoning Department and help guide the future growth and development of our historic beach community.

This leadership position oversees:

• Planning & zoning administration
• Development and land use review
• Historic district and subdivision review
• Comprehensive planning initiatives
• Coordination with boards, commissions, developers, and the public

Qualified candidates should have experience in planning, zoning, land use, or local government administration along with strong communication and leadership skills. Virginia zoning/planning experience preferred.

This is an exempt position that reports directly to the Town Manager. Salary range, DOQ, $76,700-$83,700 plus a robust benefit package including the Virginia Retirement System.
