The town’s municipal code covers licensing (§6-4-30), operating locations on public land, and rules and regulations (§6-4-80) related to operating a late night food truck, including food safety and sanitation, set up, hours of operation, insurance requirements, and signage criteria. 

Solar energy

The town's municipal code requires solar-oriented streets and lots, may require buffering to protect solar access when a new subdivision abuts a zoning district that permits taller structures, and encourages deciduous tree plantings along northern lot lines to protect solar access during the winter (§17-7-160).
