Solar Energy

The town's zoning code permits accessory solar energy systems in all zoning districts by right (Sec.220-23.D.14), subject to locational standards (Sec. 220-12.G).

This code also includes solar access as a consideration in site plan review, but does not enable a specific solar access protection mechanism (Sec. 220-48.B.3.d).
