In the town's Comprehensive Plan, the Environment and Natural Resources chapter has a section on Visual Character that includes a policy/action item encouraging the preservation of solar access (p. 10). A section on Air Quality includes a policy/action item to consider developing sustainable utilities including solar (p. 17). In the Transportation and Infrastructure chapter, policy/action items in the Electricity section include considering development of sustainable utilities including solar (p. 43).
