Solar Energy

The city's zoning code regulates Alternative Energy Systems, permitting ground- and building-mounted solar in all districts. Plan approval with administrative review is required. Ground-mounted regulations cover quantity, maximum height, clearance, location, and setbacks; buliding-mounted regulations cover location, quantity, mounting, maximum height, projection, location on structure (allows panels on facades).
