Grayfields Reuse and Redevelopment

They city's Code of Ordinances features a Planned Redevelopment Project (PRP) administrative approval for grayfield projects. An approved PRP receives a waiver or reduction of the impact fee and the review fee, and an expedited application (10 days) (§2.2.19).

Solar Energy

The city's Code of Ordinances contains language allowing solar collectors as a permitted residential accessory use (Land Use Regulations, §5.1.2.11). It also contains language requiring solar contractors to register with the city before conducting work within the city (§7-3).
