The city's Comprehensive Plan includes several policies addressing solar, including a General Land Use Policy to continue to protect solar access in the city (General Land Use Policy 3, p. 31), and Environmental Protection policies of continuing to protect solar access and considering solar access protection when reviewing development plans (Environmental Protection policies 9 & 10, p. 109).
