Solar Energy

Defines "small solar energy system" and "large solar energy system" (§50-4). A large solar energy system is any system with a surface area of more than 4,000 sq. ft.

Permits accessory and primary-use small solar energy systems by right in all zoning districts and large solar energy systems with a special use permit in all but one zoning district (§50-8).
