Marijuana-Related Uses

This article challenges the notion that the density of medical marijuana dispensaries in an area is positively correlated with property or violent crime rates. The authors used spatial data to examine the relationship between the density of medical marijuana dispensaries in Sacramento, California, and violent and property crime rates and found no statistically significant correlation.
