The city’s land development regulations offer density bonuses to developers who provide bicycle storage areas and showers to their employees (§108-998). The bicycle storage and showers requirements are one of four standards, all of which must be met, for density bonuses. The others are diverse housing types, pedestrian and bicycle linkage, and open space and recreation provisions.
